US Tarp Announces Organizational Changes to More Closely Align with Customers

South Haven, Mich. – January 31, 2020 – US Tarp Inc., a leading manufacturer of load
containment and cargo protection tarping systems and aftermarket parts for tarp
systems, has announced organizational changes designed to strengthen its customer
relationships and to more closely align the company to its customers as well as
capitalize on growth opportunities across the United States and Canada.

The appointments provide US Tarp expertise in various areas of the company to enable
more value and access for customers. In addition to Tom Bronz, new President & CEO,
the leadership team of US Tarp includes co-founder Todd Martinson; Ashley Hanko,
Director of Sales; Marti Kupres, Product Development; and Steve Moerdyk, VP and
Controller.

The organizational changes include restructuring sales territories for Customer Service
Reps, who will now cover the country from a regional basis rather than state-by-state.
The new structure will drive efficiencies across the company while allowing CSRs to be
better focused on our customers. It also provides improved turnaround time and more
consist delivery times.
