US Tarp is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Frazier to the position of National Strategic Accounts Manager, and Marti Kupres as Manager – Engineering & Facilities, and Spencer Andree as Sales Engineer and Key Account Representative.
As National Strategic Account Manager, Jason Frazier will play a pivotal part in the company’s growth strategy, dedicating more time to nurture existing strategic national accounts while spearheading the development of new strategic partnerships across all segments.
His primary focus will be on strengthening and building long-term relationships with clients, and working closely with the Engineering research and development team to introduce innovative solutions and systems that create greater opportunities for US Tarp’s customers.

Marti Kupres promotion to Manager – Engineering & Facilities,
is a reflection of his successful expansion of the Engineering program over his 7 year tenure at US Tarp. Kupres has also overseen new product development in all market segments, including Waste & Refuse, Construction, Landscaping and Agricultural, while more than doubling the R&D head-count. “Marti’s built a team focused on innovation and finding customer solutions, and he’s balanced that with managing the space and equipment to do it right.” Notes Tom Bronz, CEO of US Tarp.
Spencer Andree’s promotion to Sales Engineer and Key Account Representative recognizes his role as a crucial link
between Key Accounts and the sales and management team at US Tarp. He will work to maintain and expand those relationships to further promote US Tarp’s products and services and contribute to customer success and growth.
