New Hires | CSR Harrison Gargus & CAD Designer Kristi Radtke – Promotions – Skylar Closson
Harrison Gargus has joined US Tarp as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Harrison is a graduate of Lourdes University with a background in customer service & marketing. “We knew Harrison was a perfect fit for US Tarp because he is 100% team focused, and collaboration across departments is essential to providing the best customer service possible.” Notes Amy Williams, Customer Service Supervisor. As a CSR, Harrison will serve the West/North Central territory covering Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. He will be instrumental in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support.
Kristi Radtke has joined the engineering team as CAD Designer. Her 30+ years in Mechanical engineering have given her a broad range of technical and hands on experience ranging from Quality and Design engineer positions for component manufacturers to designing scale models for film production. “Kristi is such a great fit for our team. She is quality and process driven, and she’s also not afraid to step out on the floor to design solutions.” Said Marti Kupres, Manager – Engineering & Facilities.

Customer Service Representative Skylar Closson has expanded his territory to include the South Central division covering Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky. “Skylar has been with US Tarp for over 3 years and has an expansive product knowledge and continually proven that he always puts the customer first.
